As I creep closer and closer to ordination (God willing) I’m starting to feel as though I would benefit from a community. Other than the Oratory of the Good Shepherd and SSC, do you know of any?

In England at least there is the SCP- Society of Catholic Priests, who are affiliated with Affirming Catholicism.

I believe there are a few more out there, like the Catholic Clerical Union and the Society of St Martin, but SSM is affiliated very closely with the continuum and that CCU is strong only in Fort Worth, but I could be wrong on that one.  There is another society in England which like the SSC is affilated with FiF but I can not remember the name at the moment! I just remembered the name it is the Federation of Catholic Priests!

I once belonged to the Fellowship of the Way of the Cross, whose members shared a common rule of life, had an annual retreat and met once in a while for quite days. The priests were mostly from New England. I withdrew from the Fellowship when I moved to Western New York.
